Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we make. If you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations — wrong engraving, damaged in shipping, or anything else — contact us and we'll make it right. That might mean a replacement, a correction, or a refund, depending on the situation. We don't hide behind fine print. Just reach out at honorcraftlw@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items simply due to a change of mind — but if there's a mistake or quality issue on our end, we own it and fix it, no hassle.

How to Submit Your Personalization

For custom orders, after completing your purchase send your personalization details to honorcraftlw@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Include any names, dates, text, or images you'd like on the item. We'll confirm receipt and let you know if we have any questions before we begin production.

Production & Shipping Times

Most custom items ship within 3–7 business days after we receive your personalization details. During peak seasons (holidays, graduations, Mother's Day), allow a few extra days. If you have a hard deadline, let us know in your email and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Photo Submissions

For photo keychains, tumblers, or other image-based products, please send the highest resolution photo you have. We'll let you know if the image quality won't engrave well and work with you on an alternative before we start.
